1 · Who is selling

CONFORT ECONOMIA, S.A., Spanish tax ID (NIF) A73366197, registered office at Paseo Duques de Lugo 24, 30009 Murcia (Spain), entered in the Commercial Register of Murcia (Registro Mercantil de Murcia), sheet MU-52099, volume 2213, folio 199. Contact: soporte@prosoftomacademy.com. Trade names of the company: UNIVERSOXIA and the XIA businesses shown on each product page.

2 · What you are buying

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (online course, e-book, content pack or audio file), described on the product page with its format, language, length and technical requirements. What the page describes is what is delivered. If the product page mentions updates, they are provided for the period the page states. If it mentions none, the content will not receive updates: it is supplied in the version available at the time of purchase, and conformity corrections under section 7 do not count as updates.

3 · Price and taxes

Prices are shown in euros, including taxes for consumers in the European Union (the VAT applied is that of the buyer’s country of residence). There are no shipping costs: the content is digital. The price shown when you confirm the order is the final price. If there is an obvious pricing error, you will be told before any payment is taken and you may cancel.

4 · How to buy and how the content is delivered

The buyer is an adult. Content intended for children is bought and managed by an adult; no data about a minor is requested or stored in the purchase.

1. You choose the product, see the order summary with the final price and press the payment button labelled “order with obligation to pay”.
2. You receive by email the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, including these terms and your consent to immediate access (section 6).
3. Access to the content is given at the moment of payment, by link or customer area. If access does not arrive, write to soporte@prosoftomacademy.com and it will be restored free of charge.

Communications and the contract are in the language of the purchase page. The contract is archived and you may ask for a copy.

5 · Licence to use

You obtain a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the content for your own purposes on your devices. You may not resell, rent or redistribute it, upload it to public platforms or aggregators, or remove the credits, ownership notices or other notices it carries. The content is owned by CONFORT ECONOMIA, S.A. or by whoever is named in its credits. Using the content to train artificial intelligence systems requires written permission.

6 · Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without giving any reason.

Unless you ask for immediate access. By ticking the box at checkout, you expressly consent to the content being supplied before the 14 days are over and you acknowledge that, once you obtain access, you lose your right of withdrawal. That consent and acknowledgement are confirmed to you in the purchase email. If you do not tick the box, access is given after 14 days and you keep the right.

To withdraw (where the right still applies): write to soporte@prosoftomacademy.com stating your name, the purchase date and the product, or use the form at the bottom of the page. We refund the amount within 14 days using the same means of payment.

This product is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. By ticking the box, you ask us to give you immediate access to the content before that period ends, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal. If you do not tick it, you will not be able to access the content until the 14 days have passed.

7 · Conformity and guarantee

The content must match its description, work under the stated requirements and be accessible in the advertised format. If it does not conform, you are entitled to have it corrected or supplied again, free of charge, within a reasonable time; if this is not resolved, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract with a refund. You may claim a lack of conformity for two years from delivery for content supplied once, and throughout the supply period for content with updates. These rights derive from Directive (EU) 2019/770 and from Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU) and are not affected by section 6.

8 · Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints to soporte@prosoftomacademy.com; they are answered within one month at most. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers: request them by that email or at the seller’s registered office, and they are provided on the spot or by email; outside Spain, official complaint forms are available on request. If no agreement is reached, you may turn to the accredited alternative dispute resolution bodies for consumer disputes in your country. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer linked.

9 · Personal data

Buyers’ data are processed to perform the contract, issue invoices and handle complaints, in accordance with the privacy policy: https://prosoftomacademy.com/privacidad/.

10 · Content generated with artificial intelligence

The company’s content is produced with artificial intelligence tools; the notice appears in the credits of each piece (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50). The notice does not change the buyer’s rights or the seller’s liability.

11 · Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Article 6). Jurisdiction: the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.

12 · Version

Version 1.4 of these terms, dated 17 September 2026. The terms applicable to each purchase are those in force when the order is confirmed, and they are sent with the confirmation.
