To cancel a purchase of digital content within the 14-day period.

If at checkout you ticked the box requesting immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that, by obtaining it, you lost your right of withdrawal, that right is no longer available for that purchase. This does not affect your rights if the content does not work or is not as advertised: that is a lack of conformity and is claimed by the same email.
